Please understand that this is just a hobby for me. I do not often have many
mantis nymphs available for sale as most of my extras are traded for other species or supplies. Anything left
over is then put up for sale. I do however often sell insects for TRUSTED breeders and friends whom I have
done business with in the past. All conditions will apply to those orders and be backed by
Mantiskingdom.com. All stock that belong to other breeders will be labeled as such, or stated in the
description).
We do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible after your order has been placed, but it may take
up to 3 business days. If the species or item is not ready to ship, it may take up to 2 weeks before your
order is shipped. Please read the products description to know when it will be ready.
We ship orders Monday through Friday depending on your area. If you need your order delivered on a specific day, please let us
know.
Please be advised that most of our mantids are sold before they can even be sexed.
We do our best to send you the gender you request, but do not take responsibility
should your mantid not turn out to be the sex you requested unless:
1. It was specifically listed in the catalog as a specific sex.
2. You emailed us and we guaranteed BEFORE the order was placed that we
would send the requested sex.
We guarantee live arrival on next day air shipments only. Should you receive any DOA's, please take a few
photos of the dead mantids and email them to me. I replace DOA's free, but you will have to pay shipping
charges. If that particular species is no longer available, I will offer to replace the DOA's with another
species or issue a refund.
All of my Insects are healthy, free from defects, diseases, plagues, and coodies.
We ship orders through USPS unless otherwise stated or requested. Priority shipping can be arranged, and although deaths are rare, live arrive is only guaranteed through next day shipping. Also note that next day shipping is 2 day in some areas. If you are in a 2 day area, then we can only ship to you Monday-Thursday.
